Our Healthy and Delicious Cookbook provides tasty recipes that are heart healthy, low in saturated fats and sodium, high-fiber and vegetarian. Many dishes feature cancer-fighting foods for essential nutrients. The cookbook also includes information and resources to help you with portion control for healthy eating habits.
Learn about our Walnuts and Healthy Aging (WAHA) study, a pioneering research effort examining the connections between nutrition and health. Over the course of two years, more than 700 volunteer participants between the ages of 65 to 75 years old were evaluated to study walnut consumption and brain, eye and cognitive function among older adults.
