A world-class medical center, Loma Linda University Medical Center (LLUMC) offers personalized services catering to the individual needs and preferences of its patients. The International Patient Services Department consists of a team of dedicated professionals who will ensure that you receive the best medical care possible.
Nurse Intake Coordinator
Our Nurse Intake Coordinator will guide you through the process of becoming a patient at LLUMC. She is your medical liaison to our specialty services. She will coordinate all of your clinical needs and will work with you from your initial inquiry for becoming a patient, which includes presenting your medical records and history to our physician specialist.
To contact our Nurse Intake Coordinator, please complete the Patient Referral Form for becoming a patient. Once the form is submitted, she will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of the form (excluding weekends and holidays) to discuss the next steps for becoming a patient at LLUMC.
International Patient Coordinator
Our International Patient Coordinator will ensure the continuity of care and serve as your representative at our Medical Center throughout your stay with us.
The International Patient Coordinator will also arrange your airport pick-up and drop-off, assist you with housing arrangements, and provide for language interpretation. She will accompany you to your first medical appointment, take you on a tour of the facility, and manage any special requests or accommodations that may arise.
Our Financial Coordinator will facilitate all financial arrangements for your medical services, which may include providing an estimate of the total potential cost, detailed letter of agreement, explanation of financial deposits, and insurance verification.
Financial clearance must be obtained before your first medical appointment. You will find a more detailed description of our financial information, including methods of payment, treatment deposits, international insurance, and financial acceptance here.
